At a Halloween store - Paul Counelis

I have written for many years on many subjects, my favorite being the horror culture genre.

Some of the publications that I've written articles for include It's Our World ('zine), Fear Finder (Michigan based Halloween newspaper), and recently had an article accepted for publication by Rue Morgue magazine. I was also a staff writer on the now defunct Michigan alternative paper The Uncommon Sense.

I have interviewed many horror genre affiliated notables, among them childhood hero The Ghoul, a horror host.

In addition, I write the indie comics Bob Zombie and Captain Joe with my partner, artist Randy Dunckley.

I'm a singer/songwriter in Flint, Michigan indie band Free Will.
